Provided by YP.comWe looked up a specific part number for our car from the Kragens webpage. We went into the store to pick up the part (IAC Valve) for 2000 mits 6cyl. We installed the part and our check engine light came on. Drove to our mechanic and found that it was the wrong part. So I went back on to Kragens webpage to see if they accidently sold me the part for the 4cyl. Thats when we found out they have the same part number for both types of cars. We called a mitubishi mechanic and he said the parts are not interchangeable. We also went onto Auto Zone's webpage and they also have two different parts. All we asked was for a refund and all they will give us is a new part. They keep insisting that it is the right part. They contacted their manufacture (Niehoff) and because they only make one part for this vehicle they are telling Kargen that this is the right part. Now we have to go through Small Claims court to get our $326.00 back. I just feel if they can't come up with the right part from any manufactor to just refund our money. They have the worst customer service policies I have ever had to deal with in my 50 years of life.
