I lived their in 98 w/my daughter & their spaces are on the small side, we almost didn't get our travel trailer in. They didn't include any utilities we had to pay them ourselves(which is why we didn't stay very long).

Space rent may have been cheap but, it was still to hard to pay space rent + the utilities.

Especially for a single mom, who only had a minimum wage job.
