I just love my new kitchen!! They offered a large selection of cabinets and flooring. Beautiful workmanship, and had it completed so fast. Thank you Reliable Renovations! I get so many compliments now! I love to entertain again!! Highly recommend

Buyers BEWARE:

The staff are nice, but we have through a remodel nightmare with Reliable Renovation in Corona, CA.

They can't seem to get anything right, they drag their feet in getting a project completed, they hardly ever reply to calls or e-mails. It's been a terrible experience for us. Do your homework if you want to use them and make sure their contracts are completely detailed, with finish dates. From our experiences, they promise you all these things, and don't deliver. We are so mad at ourselves for using Reliable Renovations.

Wow!! I recently had my entire home remodeled, bathroom,kitchen,dining, rooms etc.. From the day i signed the contract everything went smooth workers were prompted to show up by 8am an work only to 5 pm overall project took 2 months an a half an i can really say they did a good job, atleast that was in my case so i would highly recommend reliable most of all i love the fact that they are a complete construction company an indeed had a solution to every problem that came up,Overall im sattisfied!!

My apartment along with 4 other buildings were renovated by RELIABLE RENOVATION INC. OWNER EDUMND NONA . This started at the end of may 2011 and by june 2011 they had worked their way to the apartments next to mine. I got a call from my dog walker while I was in SF on vacation that my apartment was totally flooded and that the guys renovating the apartment next to mine had been throwing contents out of the windows into trash cans below. Well one of the workers was careless and ended up hitting a fire sprinkler and destroying over 75 percent of my apartment. I had a meeting with the owner EDMUND NONA who offered me $300 for my apartment being destroyed when over $5000 worth of damage was done to my belongings. I ended up taking RELIABLE RENOVATION INC. to small claims court and won $3,496.50 because of negligence caused by RELIABLE RENOVATION INC. They have currently decided to make it hard for me to collect anything from them and having dealt with the court system and many dollars out of pocket It is horrible for my situation. It's wrong to know you have damaged someones life and belongings and not compensate them when a judgment has been given. These guys didn't even have the balls to show up in court they just wait until they can make an order to vacate the decision of the judge wasting more and more of my time intentionally. I will have to pay to put a lien on their business and home and till tap them at work.. What horrible people!

i agree with the other reviews,very poor communication within this company,mediocre workmanship.I am happy with my completed kitchen,which was in December,but am still waiting for items that need adjusted to be done.go somewhere else!

I contracted with Reliable in Sept 2010 to remodel my kitchen. The first half went well enough and I had a functioning kitchen by Christmas (contract completion date mid-December). However, it's now March and I'm still waiting for completion of final touches. Much delay, misordered or unordered items, seemingly poor communication within the company itself and with me. I rarely knew when someone was actually going to show up. Once past the completion date, I found them frustrating to work with although most problems have been fixed satisfactorily. I'm happy with the kitchen overall, but if you hire this company, get everything in writing--and I mean everything. Stay on top of the project yourself. Good luck.

I had Reliable Renovations install a laminate floor and new baseboards in my house. First of all they installed the waterproof under liner upside down, witch they had to pull up the floor to redo. I think in doing this they ruined many of the joints that hold the floor together, which are now coming apart. The baseboards were poorly installed with joints showing and sloppy craftsmanship. Also to make room for the floor under door jams and stair posts the cut a gap so the floor would fit under them. The problem is they cut them way to high and never made any attempt to use molding or anything to fix the problem. All of the thresholds for doors and sliding glass doors, were cut to small or crooked, with gaps, which looks horrible. The owner of the company came by a few times, I don't think to see how it was going but to see why his worker were taking so long......"because they did not know what they were doing"! The owner promised to take care of all problems that we had with the floor, the molding and all the thresholds......."we never saw him again"! I called and sent letters to get my problems resolved, but to no avail. They got there money and that's all that they cared about. As for a customer who has used this companies services, I would highly discourage anybody from doing business with Reliable Renovations of Corona CA. Do yourself a favor.......have somebody else do it!!!!!!
