Juan was great! We brought our car for tinting and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We could tell he's been in the business for a long time. He knows his stuff! He made sure that our car looked great and we couldn't be happier with the outcome!

The staff there was very helpful and friendly. I believe Jr helped me. He answered all my questions and helped locate install kits that I needed to install my own stereo. Very good pricing on what I purchased. I wasn't forced into buying any services or products. Just alone off of everyone's attitude there I would come back for any car audio needs. Parking is easy and they have a large installation bay that can fit a few cars at a time. They also have a big selection of speakers, amps, accessories, and stereos. 5 star because of the customer service I experienced.

Just got my new in dash entertainment center put in today and I couldn't be happier! I hesitated because of some of the reviews but they were giving me the most for the best price, and I am happy with my decision. Everyone there was really nice, and I would recommend this store to anyone! Thanks Guys.

Hi, I was just here yesterday, and I work for a limo company. We brought in our van that was having an issue with its stereo.. it was definitely a rush job.. these guys were great.. first of all they were open on Sunday.. and secondly they troubleshooted the issue, and fixed the problem.. it was not a particularly expensive job because I didn't need to order any new equipment, but these guys still treated my business with delight.

I got my Pioneer navigation installed here a week ago and I will definitely be coming back. They got the job done quick and showed me how to use everything after they finished, looks factory and is even android friendly for my galaxy. I would refer family and friends here

I agree. . . the worst! After installing an amp and speakers on my stock Lexus head unit, there was a tremendous buzzing in all the speakers. They said it was fixed twice and later I discovered it wasn't, and had to go back three times before they told me that you can't install an amp on a head unit already amplified!

Why not just tell me that to begin with? So I had them remove the new amp. Just doing that caused several more problems and trips.

Their installers are pretty much clueless and do sleazy work when you don't watch them. The door panels were not re-installed correctly, and I had to do it myself. I was stupid enough to have them do another vehicle to use the power amp in that they sold me that didn't work in my Lexus. I bought a new head unit and the installers couldn't get that one mounted right. It wouldn't lock into the mounting hardware, and they told me it was because it was a VW. They knew that already!

The trim they used was too small and falls off every time I go over a bump. Junior said he was ordering a new one, and that was two months ago. . . every time I call I get the runaround. . . it's a "special" part and won't be in until the factory makes new ones. . . bull.

Don't go there! They made so many mistakes it would take four more paragraphs to list them all. Total rip-off place, just like all the other reviews here say. . . and they're right!

These guys hooked me up fat my tint is great my subs slam and my rims are clean I was stoked on the service they gave me and it was done fast and clean

I have been to a few shady no-so-professional shops before but never really had any issues. I went in to this place with an issue with my trucks stereo, the guy told me that he was 75% sure it was my head unit and proceeded to try and sell me one of their high dollar ones. Now, I bought one expecting them to change out the wiring and everything (I wanted a new one anyways) once purchased he told me it would be about 45 mins to install. 2 and a half hours later I am still there! I go to check on things and I find out that they didn't have the mounting kit for my truck so he had to salvage my old one, AND they didn't have the wiring harness!! What was he doing for 2 hours!?! Seriously I don't want to know. But all their friends were hanging out it the back. It was uncomfortable, shady and down right unprofessional! Now to make and already long story shorter, I started having issues about 3 weeks after install. I went back to get it fixed, I was pretty sure it was because of the wiring, which they should have replaced and didn't. So I go in and tell the guy at the front, he said ok no problem, took my keys and told me they could look at it in 15mins. Well again I sat there for about 30, I am normally a very patient person, but this place had already pissed me off so much. Not to mention all they were doing in the back was laughing and hanging out with their buddies! That was it! I took my keys and left, and I will never ever ever go back. This place deserves negative stars for sure. Don't make the same mistake I did, I wish I would have read the reviews before I went.

i went in their shop to speak to jeff saying he could give me a "Deal" off a stereo and free instalation off an older model pioneer he told me he will take care of me. i called in 2 days later to give them the okay and went in and bought an amp kit and got int instulled aswell

-it took them 5 hours

-the bracket they put on to hold my stereo was too big so they decided to cut off my prongs on my dash bored and its hanging loose still till this day

- as i was leaving the shop i noticed my turn signals werent working and almost got in an aceedent going back.

- he popped the hood and he realized hes screw punctured one of my fuses he replaced it.

but when i got home i noticed some of my dash lights werent working

AND IT WASN'T THE ORIGINAL STEREO I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET INSTALLED

IT WAS A CHEAPER LOWER END MODEL I WASNT SO HAPPY WHEN I WENT IN THE NEXT DAY HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE AND COULDNT GET A REFUND

Poor workmanship!!! Broke clips on my new 2012 Sonata. Wire fell off battery a few days later because installer also forgot to tighten..

A couple weeks later amp failed because installer didn't tighten ground in rear all the way .Scratched my tint.... Speaker blew with in a couple months, I was told I wouldn't have that problem if I bought the more expensive speakers. I did and I was told basically "Oh well manufacturer does not warranty"



STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot express how bad this place is. If I could give negative stars I would. Every Aspect was bad. Service, Install, Sales, Products, Support. First, they are shady. Second they do not understand anything about Car Audio or car electrical other than any novice that thinks they know how to plug in a pair of speakers. They do horrible work, and after they do it, you will likely find out as I did, that they did not do any of the unseen things as they promised they did. They installed everything incorrectly, used the wrong wiring, made beginner mistakes on introducing engine noise in the stereo, etc, wrong wiring. I even found that they used 1 pair of 18AG wire to my SUBS!!!! Horrible . All the work they did for me had to get redone, and as I was redoing it all, I found that they didn't do anything as they promised. After all this, they refused to fix and refused to refund. Stay away from these guys. I cant believe they are in business at all. Avoid my mistake, and dont give them a penny...cause you wont get it back, and wont have anything to speak of for it.

My biggest mistake was ever going to this so-called stereo shop. I took my new 300.00 head unit to be installed and they broke one of the preset buttons when installing it on May 4 2012. The manager Junior said they would warranty the radio even thought they broke it. They are now on the third manager and I keep getting the runaround. They keep saying the part is on order, three months later. If they mess up they will not own up to it They are liars, full of excuses. I'm really annoyed by the service and the complete crap that they tell me. They should treat customers the way they need to be treated. This business is horrible I wish there was an option for no stars, or at least negative stars!!!!. There is another stereo shop right behind them called Just Audio & Alarms. This shop is superior in every way, go there instead.

My biggest mistake were purchased wheels & tires from them, they kept my car from Friday to Monday (4days) because they ordered the wrong wheels??? I came home found out one of the wheels missing one bolt & 4 vales caps??? 10 months later I came back to rotate & balance. All they’ve done were rotated tires not even check tire pressured & balance??? I came home, found out 4 bolts were missing? I called to let them know I am not happy about that! They responded: “This is stereo shop, not tires & wheels shop”??? I said: But you guy selling wheels & tires! They said; “they don’t need my business”??? I just cannot believe what I’ve heard (???)

I wished they’ve run business the American way … Honest, treat customers the way they need to be treated, professional, get the job done right the first time…. I mean the USA way. This is AMERICA, NOT Asia, or Middle East countries.
