TLC is No place for my kids! If you love your children then I bet you will agree. The owners are more interested in making money rather than ensuring the safety and care of your children. The place is very dirty. The toys look like they are 20 years old yet they charge some of the highest prices in the area for day care. They promise to potty train your child in one week so that your price will go from $170 to $80 which is a lie. My child was there for 2 months and he still was not potty trained. All of the teachers look like they live hard lives. Some of them have missing teeth. The bathrooms are very dirty with clothes, bath and body work products, and food storage, basically all things that should NOT be in a bathroom for sanitary reasons. Don't believe me, just ask to use the bathroom. The final straw for us was that they threatened to kick our son out because we went out of town for a wedding. I told them that we requested a vacation week in advance and they told us that we still owe 1/2 of the tuition ($85) which we never agreed upon in advance. We were told that we were allowed a vacation week as long as we gave proper notice which we did. Finally, we recently called to request their company's EIN# so that we could write off our daycare expenses and the Supervisor told us that she would not give it to us until we paid our balance for our child being absent while we were on vacation. Basically, they tried to prevent us from filing our taxes which is a federal crime over a balance in dispute. We were able to obtain their EIN# but we had to report them to the IRS. Watch out for this place!!

Owner is very rude and has no compassion for special issues. Over all staff is great. But the owner needs to learn how to talk to people.

I am very pleased with TLC 4 Kids, and my children have gone there for years. The staff seem genuinely concerned about the children, and they always seem to have cool activities planned for them. 5-STAR in my book!
