I called this morning for a car because I was running late and have a long walk to the subway. I was told 8 minutes. I waited 10 mins called back was told I'm sorry 5 more minutes. I called again and again and again. Eventually I had to ask how much to Manhattan because no matter what taking the subway I was going to be at least 20 mins late. I wound up spending $45 plus bridge toll to go to work. Had he said he didn't have a car I could have walked and been only 5 mins late to work or had called a different car service. Will never use them again.
