Horrible customer service. They had me waiting almost 25 minutes to bring me items from the stock because one of the ladies was too busy getting balloons ready.

Also they told me to come back two days later for some engraved materials, what a surprise? I came three days later and anything wasn't ready and I didn't get a courtesy phone call to let me know my supplies weren't ready.
