When I walked through the door, I was greeted by 3 smiling staff members and a cheery "Hello, how may I help you. I did have to wait about 15 minutes to be seen, although the front staff kept me informed and appologized for the delay. I happily sat and read the newspaper and had some coffee that they provided in the lobby.



A very polite Doctors assistant asked me a few questions, and answered mine, was very gentle with my dog. The doctor introduced himself by first name, and then said "Hi, how are ya Big guy" to my dog, followed by a kiss on the forehead!



My bill was explained to me, I was given a reason for all the charges and what the purpose was. I recieved a call two days later from the staff, just to see how my dog was doing; to me that shows genuine interest, and I will definately refer friends and family!!
