I had a great experience at this store! I recently went in to renew my two year contract. I was in and out in less then an hour with all of my information transferred from my old iphone to my new iphone 5s. The man who helped me was extremely polite, walking me to the desk where I was helped and out of the store when I left, he gave me a discount on my accessories, and made sure everything was up and running perfectly before I left! As a Coronado local I walked in because of the convenience but left more satisfied then I have been with my last two visits to corporate stores.

Terrible! I thought I would like to support a privately owned business rather than the corporate store. Bad Idea! We were just renewing our contract and my husband bought the Iphone 4s. That night he decided he should have just bought the iphone 5 instead. Verizon has 14 day return policy, but this does not apply to this privately owned store. We were also charged $60 Tax on the phone, thats a first. Not Happy, go to a direct dealer for your verizon needs!
