I called to inquire on a particular shoe size, the man that answered said "I don't know you just have to come in" and he hung up.

I called back and told him that I would like to know if they had the shoe size so that I would come in and he yelled and said "I told you, I don't know"

I asked of he was the manager/owner and he said "yes".

I told him he had terrible phone etiquette and would lose many customers and he said "ya I know I do and I don't care"

The only reason I gave them a "1" star was because that was the only way to submit my review otherwise it deserves a -0

Helpful and have a decent amount of stock but their hours are terrible and inconvient and the store is beyond disgustingly filty!

I have several new dance shoes and called to ask if they buy new / gently used dance and tap shoes and the gentleman was so rude! I asked and he said NO and then I asked him if he knew of any other consignment (didn't even let me finish the sentence) and said NO. What horrible customer service.
