2 times in a year,I was hit from behind at about 50 mph,with no brakes. I was in bad physical shape each time! I contacted Alex R. Hernandez Jr. Trial Lawyers PLLC who immediately went to work on my behalf! They got me the proper medical help; kept very personal contact for the duration assuring that they were there for my every need,and at the end of my case got me a fair settlement. What a great law firm!

I hired Gary Magnuson thru this office and they charged me $2,750 for a retainer fee. After 10 months, this firm did absolutely nothing.Submitted NO papers to the courts. I'd call approximately every two weeks and every time the response would be "I'll find out". I then asked for a billing statement. After 3 weeks, i finally received one. The total was $2,693 and it was all for phone calls from me asking what work has been done or from the firm calling me to reschedule appointments over and over. I since found out that they were required by law to bill on a monthly basis which they did not. I live out of state and they knew this and I believe they intentionally had no plans on representing me. Strong warning: Do not hire this firm.
