Very friendly lady who knows what she is doing. For our budget, she was a little expensive to shorten pant cuffs.

I had an article of clothing measured for alteration by Norma after which I received a price quote. When I decided not to have the item altered afterall due to the cost and my budget and explaining so, she charged me for what she says was her time to measure the article of clothing. She was going to charge me $10 for about 10 minutes of her time, after I disagreed with her charging me she became quite rude. In my opinion shes Greedy I personally do not recommended.
