Provided by YP.comThe director is very professional and is attentive towards parents concerns. She expresses compassion and loves the children ahe cares for. She spends alot of hours at the facility. However, some daycare workers appearances are unprofessional with tattoos and hickies exposed on their necks, which is not appealing. Overall, my child enjoys his daycare!

Provided by YP.comI do not recommend this day care at all. My daughter attended for a year, I had a wonderful infant room teacher, who went above and beyond and gave exceptional care. When my daughter was changed to the next room, (toddler room), I quickly came to realize that I did not have a good daycare, I had gotten lucky with a good teacher. The minimum level of care is not the same throughout daycare class rooms.
My daughter would come home with a reddened bottom from not being changed. When I brought it to her teachers attention, her response was ‘oh yea, she was pretty red huh” Her soiled clothes/bibs/etc had been previously placed in a plastic bag at the end of the day were now stuffed in any given pocket of her diaper bag unbeknownst to me, and when found was completely covered in mold.
Her bottles were not sent home with her at the end of the day and at times other kid’s belongings and bottles would end up in her bag. The teacher did not communicate effectively; she would wait until my daughter was completely out of diapers/formula/food/wipes/diaper creams before telling me she needed more, which lead to my daughter having to wear diapers from another child that did not fit her. During transitioning from bottle to sippy, I had to ask the teacher to help me introduce the sippy, as I was trying to do at home, over a 3 day period before she complied. After which she started to become rude and even more unhelpful towards me. She would not say good morning/hello or any other type of greeting or acknowledgement to me or my daughter when I dropped her off.
I went to the owner/director to report everything and as I began to tell her about the moldy bib incident, she cut me off and began to chastise me, she was rude, unapologetic, and defensive and would not take any accountability for her staffs actions. She spoke over me and it was clear she wasn’t listening. I never got to the rest of my complaints, that day I decided to put in our notice that my daughter would not attend anymore.
The final straw was that evening when I picked up my daughter all of her bottles were unused. I had spoken to her teacher that morning that my daughter had done well with the sippy over the weekend but still had trouble at times, so I had included her bottles and formula just in case. Neither the owner nor teacher could tell me how much she had eaten over a 10 hour period on that she had some milk and juice from the sippy. I do not recommend this daycare to anyone.

Provided by YP.comDid not care for this facility. It smells like urine, and the staff does not stay long. The owner cares more about money than your child. my child got very sick here only after 2 weeks. Took her out immediately and they called everyday asking for their money, they wanted 2 weeks worth of pay for doing nothing!! The front doors stay open and are not locked, safety is a factor here, anyone can walk in, sometimes no one is in the front, so anyone can come in!! My child was bored and sometimes they would just sit there doing nothing, very disorganized. my daughter also said they were "mean to her"
