You want convenience, this is the place, Michelle at the front desk is courteous and friendly, Tim is professional and keeps you update via texts and phone calls. Also enterprise car rental is there Johnny on the spot with a rental of your chosing. My car was repaired to OEM standards and beautifully detailed when I picked it up.

Outstanding work, awesome customer service.

This place was awful! I chose them because they were on the State Farm approved list but even our claims agent is trying to get them removed. The repair took 3 times as long as they quoted and was done poorly. Noticed some problems and had them fixed before we left, but discovered others since.



The few communications we had were complete lies. They never once returned a phone call to us or our State Farm Claims agent. When my car was finally ready for pick-up, their credit card machine wasn't working, and they said if I didn't have another form of payment for the $500 deductible I couldn't take my car. Finally, they sent me over to the Autonation Chevy Service center to run my card there. The people there were very nice and told me that happens a lot and I wasn’t alone in my horrendous experience with the collision center. A week later I found that my credit card had been charged the $500 deductible multiple times. I am still trying to get the extra charges reversed.
