My wife and I were taking our first vacation in almost 5 years while I was on leave from a deployment in the US Armed Forces. The only day we would be able to get the massages didn't usually have slots for a couples massage, so we called to see if an arrangement could be made. We were told by the employee who answered the phone that we could buy two 1-hour "single" massages, and that when we scheduled the actual appointments, that we could schedule it as a couples massage. When my wife called to make the appointments, she had to call numerous times since no one answered, and their mailbox was full. When she finally got someone to answer, a different woman spoke with her on the phone and was very unhelpful, told us we could not do a combined massage, and the she had "no idea what [we] were talking about". We decided to just go with it, and get back-to-back 1-hour massages. My wife wrote 3:15 and 4:15 in her calendar, but called at 1:30 the day of the appointments to see when we should show up. No one answered, so she left a voice-mail. At 2:00 she called again, no answer. So, we showed up at 2:50 to make sure that we had enough time to fill out any forms/questionnaires that were required. When we arrived, the same woman my wife had spoken to one the phone the second time was sitting at the desk, chatting with another worker sitting in a chair. When we said we had an appointment at 3:15 and 4:15, the woman told us that our appointment had been scheduled for 2:15 and 3:15, and that she had already crossed out our names. When I asked her why she hadn't answered the phone, or called us back, she said that she had been in a session and "just got out". Which was interesting, since we had been trying to reach them at a time that was reserved for our massages, and there were no other names on their appointment chart for that time. When I explained the situation with buying the massages in the first place under to impression that we would be able to get combined massages, she looked at me like I had two heads and said, "I don't know what your talking about". Needless to say, we walked out, and have no intention of returning. Don't waste your time with this place. Bad service. Bad communication. Bad business.
