Provided by YPmobilePoor customer service, but they do not mind if your iPod is jail broken. I brought my iPod in, the guy said "it's jail broken," Nice!..... But he couldn't fix it.. So i got I store credit, and had to buy a new warranty :/

Provided by YPmobiletheir employees never have right info. they give out incorrect info on orders all the time. I drove in from kingsville for an item and was assured it would be available to me if preordered today. Guess what? your right the employee didn't know what she was talking about so not only did I waste gas to get to corpus but I didn't get what I came for either. best buy sucks in corpus christi. Waste of time.
