I'll admit I was nervous to come here with the prior reviews. But this was hands down the best Cici's experience ever. Friendly staff, down to earth managers, and the ultimate in family friendly environment.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a CiCis. Today is Father's Day. We were told Father's are celebrated. My wife went to pay for our daughter and her, but were told by a rude employee she had to pay for me because we didn't have a coupon. I explained that we didn't know you had to print off anything and on top of that our printer was not working. She said, "oh well." I went to talk to the manager about how other restaurants look at your cell phone and he gave me a rude attitude that they're not like other restaurants. I asked him how he accommodates familes that do not have computers or printers and he just blew me off. Next, thinking things would get better, we had two specialy pizza slices delivered to our table and the lady interrogated us about this. No one said we couldn't have two pizzas delivered to the table. On top of that when I went to get my wife and daughter more water the manager sent an employee to keep an eye on me, all because I had talked to the manager about the father's day coupon issue. In closing, There are plenty of other places to go get pizza I for one will pay a little extra so I don't have to have horrible customer service.
