I have Fibromyalgia, arthritis all over, scoliosis and multiple other back problems, and then a heart attack.I got help immediately on the heart attack and had no muscle damage, but was left withproblems breathiong and exertion or stress shut down my lungs. No one problem merited disability.
Ms. Day looked at all my medical records and put together a case for the appeals board. She won my disability and secured a $500.00 a month increase in my recent monthly retirement benefit from Social Security.

I hired Kathleen Day to help me with my disability claim. I suffer from a fractured vertebrae in my lower back, two bulged disc in my neck, I am losing my feeling in my arms due to my neck injury. I am in constant pain from my back. I know I qualify for disability. I called Kathleen Days office because of my address change because I was hired as a supervisor / Planner for a great company, her office failed to let me know that if I worked inside a year of applying for benefits, it would automatically disqualified for benefits. A week before my hearing is when she told me that I didn't qualify for benefits.
