Had my lips operated on to take away some of the lines on top lip. I had sores and puss pockets almost immediately went back and he did not know what they were. Would not fix it or work on me again. Kept saying in 8 to 12 months it would be better. So I had to lance the puss pockets with alcohol and needle. Had one that was too deep went back to him to get it fixed and he said he did not take Medicare so I should go to my medical Dr. Went to them and they said they would not touch it go to Dermatologist. At that time I had 8 eruptions on my lips. Went to Dermatologist and he said Gentile had cut into the oil glands on my lips and that any moisture or oil would cause eruptions. He said there was a procedure to fix it but it was very painful and would leave more scars that were already there from Gentile. Not an option. So I am left after 9 months with scars and sores. Also the top lip was too small and I could not smile, so as time went on my lips stretched so now I have white stretch marks on my top lip. Much more, too much, my advise if you are thinking about using him as a cosmedic surgeon, RUN

This practice, and I use the term loosely, has a blatant disrespect for their customers. I waited over an hour in a room with no updates, no contact with personnel, no "would you care for some water" NOTHING. After 30 minutes after my appointment time, I asked how much longer it would be. I was then told the Dr. Was running late. Why is it that physicians are such primadonas and assume the patient can be treated this way. The way I see it they are providing a service to me that I pay for and this business provides terrible service. I would also like to add that they are extremely rude.
