This location needs customer service classes.!!! i have used edible arrangements all over the country and never had as unpleasant experience until now!! As a result of my ordering experience i will NEVER use edible arrangements again...thankfully competition Is now available. Dealing with Monica the store manager was a waste of time...if edible arrangements expects to grow...they will have a tough road with employees like her....so rude!!!! When I placed my electronic order I gave instructions to call before delivery...had a call from Matt the driver asking me where my gift receiver was....he had called..no one answered and he had stopped by the home on the way back to the store as it was very close to the store....I told him, I had requested a call before delivery......told me he did call and left a door tag. My receiver went to the store to pick up their gift....I called Monica to ask for credit on the delivery....flat out no as they did attempt delivery!!!!! I tried to discuss the situation....she told me most people don't answer the phone unless they know the caller...hence they still just deliver.....no offer of discount on next order or any jester of customer service......told her I would never use edible arrangements....she didnt care....so glad I don't have employees like her working for me!

Their customer service is horrible!!! The lady I spoke with had no personality and sounded like she hated her job. I am stationed in San Diego, CA and wanted to get my mother a birthday arrangement of fruits and thought this place was amazing. I called and from the moment I spoke with her she sounded like I was waisting her time and she didn't want to even take the order. Customer service is important in every business!! Please remember that!!!!
