Service was horrible. Our server was inattentive and we got charged a $1.50 for sharing a plate. Yes that is correct we got charged for sharing a plate and we were not notified of this charge when we told waitstaff that we were going to share when we placed the order. Staff was indifferent when we questioned charge. I agree with previous reviewer nothing like olive garden.

When you walk in the door it reminds you of a rustic Italian restaurant. Its nicely lit and the music will put you in the mood. Once you order the service was slow! The manager made excuses about having a party of thirty, which put him behind on dinner orders. Considering the party of thirty made reservations he should have planned better! The food was cold and it tasted it was all prepackaged food. If your looking for real Italian food don't come here cause you won't find it.

I know real Italian food I've been to Italy. My dinner took two hours!!! REAL SLOW!!!

I have been going to Franks for about 14 years now. There food is wonderful. I love the homey feel you get as soon as you walk in the door. If you haven't tried it, you don't know what your missing!!
