The salon looked nice & tranquil, but not real happy with staff. I had a 10am appt, and no one showed up to open store until 10:15am. Angela did a good job on nails, and was trying to run the whole salon, but It seemed like a few employees did not show for work & she got overwhelmed with customers. Very dissatisfied with male employee (Len?), he was very loud and spoke a lot of profanity in front of children. He totally ruin the whole peaceful atmosphere of salon! I had heard good things about this location and thought it wouldn't be as crowded as other salon, but management really needs to get a handle on employees.
