A while back I went to have my hair and nails done. I spent close to $200 on everything and was pleased with the results, however, 6 days later (yes, 6!) they called my house and told me they forgot to charge me for my nails and wanted me to actually go back and pay for them! They proceeded to call me two more times (even blocking their number from my caller id) trying to get money for THEIR screw up. Needless to say, I found a more professional salon to take my business to.
