I've tried and tried to get my Hard

Drive back from Mike and i think he's holding it for ransom. He wiped my hard drive and I had no idea what that entailed and have lost entire address book and can't sign on to Internet - so had to take it to another tech, Dr. Nerd on Weber and have constantly requested the return of my old hard drive so they can try to resuscitate my files. It's MADNESS. I'm 85 and make my living on computer. Mike did not keep appts here or there and I think he took advantage of my age and lack of knowledge about the computer. I would NEVER have authorized the removal of my data. It's a roaring and ongoing nightmare.

Great Work on my laptop it runs like new!
