Provided by YPmobileI bought a new ATV, it immediate over heated. Took it in and they just put it under warranty. Two later same thing but they said they waived the $99 charge out of how soon I had to come back, great I thought! Loaded up the ATV there at irv Thomas and took of to New Mexico with some friends. Pulled the ATV off the trailer and it over heated. So I took it back again, this time the warranty was elapsed, so they charged me $248.00. I refused to pay out of principal. I thought I could get help from the court .Well because they didn't give me a receipt for the waived $ 99 charge it I couldn't show the judge the track record of my ATV failure. So, no dice there!
Oh , I forgot to mention that I have been making regualar scheduled payments on this ATV the entire time it's been in their possession, the ATV has less than 8 hrs on it and I have only ridden it very little.
Now here we are in September 2015. I went up to pay him in person the $248 and was refused my payment. I was told irv would be back in 45 minutes and would give me a call but not before they service department reassured me that they would call and tell me if my ATV was even still on property. I never received that call, either of them. I called back the next day, same story, irv would call me back,no call. Well, I called back today and he wasn't there but they said he would call back. I asked about my ATV and weather or not it was still there or not and the lady not sure who replied " that they can't give out that type of information", hmm. Well irv called back finally and refused to talk, he wouldn't except payment of the $248, and said that I would be hearing from his lawyer Collins. I told him that I wasn't pursing a lawsuit that I just wanted to pay the $248.00 to which he replied you can talk to my lawyer.
If anybody reading this has any sound advice, I'm all ears.

Provided by YP.comthere's never ever fewer than 20 bikes awaiting repairs and maybe the same number of UTVs waiting for service. 2 bikes? not so. ever. Honda, Suzuki and Polaris being some of the more popular brands and Irv Thomas being the only FACTORY AUTHORIZED service center for those brands it explains why this agent is so busy all the time. they will be honest and tell you up front that there is a long wait for service but everyone feels they are entitled to be put at the front of the line. if Irv Thomas Honda Suzuki ever does close buyers of these great brands will be forced to go all the way to Victoria or San Antonio for warranty service or oem parts and supplies. sure, there's always the internet but that pays no taxes in your community, provides no jobs in your city and presents problems for returns or defective products. only other business people understand the big picture. the techs at Irv Thomas Honda Suzuki are very knowledgeable and experienced way beyond what some other "certified" technicians are and are backed by the Manufacturer technical support network. so why not 5 stars? well nobody's perfect.

Provided by YPmobileI have had my 4 wheeler there for warranty work. I took it in & they told me 2 to 3 weeks before it would be ready. I called them at 3 weeks & they still hadn't looked at it. Said they were short handed & was working on easier to fix motorcycles & atv's. It has been 5 weeks now & they said parts came in but there's a couple others in front of mine!! DO NOT take anything to them if you need it back soon!

Provided by YP.comI was hoping these boys pulled their act together. My first experience was in 2011 to have 800 mile checkup on my Goldwing. Pretty much tighten the bolts and change the oil. Was told to give 3 days. It was not finished till after 12 days when I set in the store and refused to leave till either the bike was returned or they did something. When I walked in there were 2 bikes, mine and the mechanics in the garage.
As mentioned by others beware of their parts. A $130 TPMS sensor online will cost you $199 plus $30 shipping in handling (otherwise free online). The trick is that they have a policy of not using parts (even if Honda parts) that are brought in by the customer. This way they can charge you their price plus install at $90/hour.
Not exactly sure what they do there. It sure is not customer service. Wish they would just go out of business.

Provided by YP.comThe guy that helped us here, Sam, was EXTREMELY helpful! He had a lot of experience riding and he was really nice. He put me on two different bikes to let me see how they felt and he gave me a few tips! We unknowingly walked up right at closing time and he still helped us! We were there for 45 minutes after closing and he never once seemed like he wanted to get rid of us or anything! He was nothing but helpful!!
