Receptionist John, it was a lady and she was very rude she seem like she was racist and I'm Hispanic but she acted like I was stupid I would never come back to this la quinta with that kind of service if they had a 1 to 10 I would give this place a -10 I'll be making contact with the Better business Bureau

The receptionist at check-in was not people friendly. Towels weren't enough. no one came to replenish. Ask house-keeping next day for fresh towels was told she'll drop them off somehow she never did. Evening staff was a little more pleasant & friendly. will never go back to this particular hotel will try another branch & hopefully will meet people who are most pleasant. will not recommend anyone at all to this particular La Quinta.
