They have a different view on customer service. They won't ask if you want tarter sauce, you have to ask for it! If you forget you're screwed! They sell seafood, right? Long Johns needs to learn about customer service.

The food is good, but the service is lacking. A lot of the times I have visited they have forgotten to put in food products that were on their platter combos. I always usually have to call them back when I get home.
