My husband and I used Mars Vacuum when our Electrolux broke. Our vacuum was still under warranty so Mars Vacuum was able to fix it for free... and they did so very quickly. Everyone who helped us was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest. We sincerely appreciated how we were treated. This is a true local small business that provides excellent customer service that no major retailer will ever beat. We plan to buy our next vacuum from this place! :)

This business has been around since hurricane Celia. The staff is knowledgeable and has a work ethic that most business lack. The work ethic can best be described as kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The staff will not steer you wrong. They make sure your equipment is fixed. Plain and simple.



The greatest thing about this store is the location. I can walk in and should I need to purchase a vacuum cleaner or have one repaired the parts (bags and belts) are there at my finger tips.



Try to find that at Wal-Mart or any other store for that matter.



I forget to mention the staff is well versed in the products that they sell.



To prove it they wouldn't have been in business all of these years.
