I would have left negative stars had that been the option. After being fit for hand braces 9 weeks ago I get the same answers.
First after using the excuse the dr didn't sign and send back the papers, my Dr called back and said they never faxed the papers over until 7 weeks had passed, then recant and say they were just not in yet.
Bad for business to get caught in a lie.
Now the excuse is they are just not in.

I have asked repeatedly for a call back on the status and they have never returned a call.
Time to find a new Orthotics Dr!!!!
