I walked in there knowing exactly what I wanted. Chanel chance (The PINK bottle). They had one or two pieces of Chanel chance. I told the clerk " make sure it's pink" and she replied " ok, you know there are 4 colors".. Of course I know! That's why I told her I want the pink one. She insisted she can't open it..
Looked around and picked 2 more perfumes. Payed for them CASH.. And then before she could close the register I opened my Chanel chance bottle and of course it wasn't what I asked for.
After asking for my money back she said "we don't do refunds" while holding my money.
Hate to say it but I got JEWED !!!

Seriously how have they not been closed down? They never get any business because the ladies are RUDE as hell and their perfumes are way overpriced, get something for $100? They'll reduce it to $45 because of some "special discount" crap and then you'll look up the fragrance and its actually worth $10-20. Don't even say goodbye just walk out or else they'll annoy the crap out of you recommending other products. Also, in 99% certain their accents are fake.

Walked by today and was handed a fragrance sample and as I walked away was called an a hole. In front of my wife and daughter. Real classy

The perfume is way to over priced. I was looking to buy as a gift and when i went in for a spray i realized it was 25$ more expensive. The lady there was very pushy and would not leave me alone and she even called me a lier when i told her i could get it cheaper else where.
Very bad service and way over priced priced if you read the ingrediants u will realize its not worth it.
