DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!! My daughter and I met with the owner to have her prepare my daughters wedding/reception flowers. She took great notes, we provided pictures for all that we wanted and paid in full. The day of the wedding, and minutes before the wedding party were walking down the aisle, flowers were still being prepared and put together. There were no flowers for the groomsmen's prepared, so flowers were thrown together. Mother's bouquet was the wrong color and also white like the bride's and mother-in-law's flowers were non-existent. The bridesmaids were to have 8 inch bouquets and they ended up with one stemmed flowers, some of which were not even bloomed. It made for very bad pictures. The flower girls had flower balls that literally fell apart as they walked up the aisle. Not cool when we are not allowed to drop flowers in the church. Pew bows were not correct and not enough and the reception flowers were incorrect as all arrangements were short when the requests was for a mixture of tall and short with black accents. They were also all white. We also requested two special arrangements for sign in tables that were not made. Most importantly, after the wedding, I simply wanted to discuss our disappointment. The owner would not let me explain my concern and simply said it was not in her notes. I thought maybe she was looking at the wrong notes honestly, but we had several meetings with her and she had visuals and pictures to help her. She has 30 years in the business but she has lost her touch clearly. She refused to hear my concerns, would not listens to all my concerns and told me she would refund $200.00. Of course considering the entire order was incorrect and some items not received, I find this unacceptable. It has been 25 days and I have yet to receive even the $200.00 refund. Honestly I could have used HEB or SAMS Wholesale and gotten better flowers. I am beyond appalled at the lack of customer service as I continue to contact the owner. She continues to tell me she is out of town. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!
