Provided by YPmobileAfter 40 mins on a 20 min wait, we and the other parties of two that were bypassed by parties of 8 and 6 left... not a clean looking place, and not good with guests...

Provided by YP.comSTAY AWAY! Ordered oysters on the half shell, got oysters out of a bucket on a egg cup style plate! Looked like they had been out in the sun for a couple of days, sent them back. Ordered the fried shrimp, frozen, greasy, tasteless, and cold. Waitress was very nice and apologetic, but could not over come the crap they served! Robert Irvine where are you?

Provided by YP.comWHAT A JOKE !
We are at the beach, Pier 99 cool, probably good food, walked in atmosphere seemed cool, waited over 15 minutes no one waited on us, had an employee sitting in the booth folding napkins, another employee came in sat down there with her and no waited on us, we got up and left, this place is a big joke, it could be a cool place, if you had someone there to manage the place. I did not want to give this place one star but you have too.

Provided by YP.comWe will not go back! My husband and I went to Pier 99 to eat last night. He ordered a Bud Light and got a regular Bud. I ordered a Strawberry Daquiri which was bitter and the worst drink I've ever tasted. I tried to drink it; but, couldn't. We ordered the "Clam Strip" appetizer and 2 "Seafood Platters". Within a very few minutes the clams arrived. Then, immediately our "Seafood Platters" arrived. They were luke warm. I don't know how they could have cooked any of it that fast. They left the oysters off my plate and the waitress had to go get them. I don't think the appetizer and meals should arrive at the same time. We told the waitress. She was very apologetic. The Strawberry Daquiri was taken off our bill. Quite frankly, the food was not good. I could buy the same shrimp at Sam's and cook it myself. At least, then, it would be hot!

Provided by YPmobileThis place is delicious. We had grilled fish. Best tasting and most fresh fish I have ever eaten at a restaurant.

Provided by YP.comMe and my wife were looking for some place to eat an anniversary lunch/dinner. We got a brochure at our hotel and decided to try Pier 99. We had decided on the fish sandwich dinners before we got there. When we arrived and started to order we were told that fish sandwiches were not served after 4:00pm. This made no sense so we decided to order something else. We actually almost left but we stayed and it turned out to be a good idea to stay. We ordered the fish platter and I willl say it was wonderful. A little slow on the food getting there but really good. I recommend them and will be back. I do suggest they inform customers better on their brochures though.

Provided by YP.comFirst off, when my girlfriend and I arrived at the restaurant we wanted to use the bathrooms. I went in only to find a toilet with a mountain of feces a foot high sticking out of it, and a note asking me to literally walk to the restaurant across the street to use their bathrooms. I should have just stayed at the other restaurant. The service was horrid, the waitress couldn't hold a plate to save her life. She spilled cups of butter on everything and was slow to even bring lemons to our table. The night culminated with our petty waitress following my extremely pregnant girlfriend into the parking lot to tell her off in front of the rest of our group. Way to keep it classy...
I would say avoid this place like the plague, and seeing as how it's on a tiny island in the middle of nowhere that shouldn't be too hard. I only wish that I could give this sh*t hole less than one star.

Provided by YP.comI came on a cool night. Not much action going on. You eat out on a pier. It was enclosed that evening to keep the cool air out. They had ufo style heaters that looked pretty cool to help keep things on the warmer side. The food was nice and the atmosphere mellow. There wasn't many people out due to the weather. I would come back. I would choose it to be during the day when it's a little warmer too.
