This place has major management problems. Steer clear of this place, especially military personnel. Rude, confrontational, and noresponsive to maintainance issues. It's is old, run down and filthy. Beware, beware, beware.

My review is strictly concerning the management and leasing agreement. The property and other tenants are a different much better issue. But i simply want to say that the staff is in particular the woman named Cynthia is very rude. Several times I have politely approached them regarding the lease and other issues and have been met with a condescending attitude. She is very quick to remind that "you signed and agreed to this". The breaking point was today when my girlfriend went to pay the rent they and they would not accept it because she was literally one minute late. Later that day I politely went to ask this same woman about it and was even told that she was one minute late. They were literally gathering the checks and MO's while they refused to accept ours. I spoke to her supervisor Beth who initially was confrontational but after politely speaking with her she eased off and "sympathized" but still refused arguing that accepting it was favoritism. I then called the property owners but they yet to cal back..Lastly be careful of the lease agreement, it is a "concession" meaning you pay a discount each month but a financially penalized if you hand them the Money order to Cynthia one minute late no grace period.

Terrible place to live. Management is very unprofessional and rude. Maintenance is slow. Workout rooms are a joke. It's just all around bad. Their management company is Aruth out of Houston and they must train people to not answer the phones because they don't answer either. I would want better living quarters for terrorists.
