Roman Mazurek Shell 13901 Northwest Blvd, Corpus Christi, TXI usually always go there because its close to my job and its convenient. The ladies that work at the shell gas station are awesome!! The employees at the service station have always been nice but the owner Roman is extremely RUDE!!! I went to get my inspection sticker and waited 20 minutes. He kept walking by me and ignoring me. Then a man walks up and he helps him right away. I brought it to his attention and he gets upset. All i asked was to be acknowledged. He made me feel as if he didn't want to help me because I'm a girl. He didn't have to treat me the way he did. All he had to do was tell me something like,"I will be right with you" or " have you been helped?" Anything would be fine just as long as I was acknowledged!! I manage a department of 20 employees and that's the first thing I tell them is to always acknowledge the customers! People had told me before that he was rude but didn't believe it until it happened to me!!! Its also over priced which I didn't really care about...but now....I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! ROMAN DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS!!
