I (and my aunt) have been doing business with Paul Sanchez, owner of Shellmar Company on Ayers, for about 30 years. I have several rental properties/efficiencies all rented with refrigerators and other appliances. Mr. Sanchez has ALWAYS been of the highest integrity, a man of his word, and done EXCELLENT work. Yes, with Corona, there have been less employees in the office and the workload is heavy and things start to stack on him at times. Also, it's hard to get good help. He's 80 and still works very hard. Please bear with him and exercise a little bit of patience during this corona time. I am sure Mr. Sanchez will make the work good. He is going to keep a close eye on the only worker he can find right now. Please give him the opportunity to prove himself.
