What a nightmare!

My order did not reach the receipient. When I called the owner, the story of why the delivery did not make it, kept changing. They did not try to remedy the situation by resending flowers. Finally, they agreed to refund the money, but that was another nightmare too. They tried to throw me out of the store. I'm never using this place to order anything again.

06/24/09: I was just made aware of this website & looked up my store.In responding to Becca56 nightmare,I have never thrown anyone out of my flower shop in 10 years I have owned my shop,I feel helpless in trying to defended the stores actions towards "Rebecca Nightmare" some people take advantage of hiding the real reason they do malicious harm to slander a company or person. Rebecca,just to let you know God is the main owner of my shop,& I forgive you for trying to do this to Smiles With Flowers.
