I had recently gotten my glasses here before & thought they had wonderful customer service so I came back for my yearly contact  exam. Upon getting my prescription the manager bombarded me with rude questions and basically called me a freeloader for not wanting to buy contacts with them after I paid for my exam. He was rude and unprofessional unlike when I had bought some of their product he was being the total opposite. They just want your money here, I was planning on getting my contacts from here at a later date but will not anymore. I feel bad for the employees from how rud eely I was treated I can only imagine how the rest of the staff are treated. Also I get how this is sales based but being courteous to someone who isn't interested in the product is apart of the job and a manager should know better.

They made my husbands glasses, incorrectly, 5 times. 5. And it was one pair of readers and one pair of single vision. The customer service was disappointing but the lab. I do not recommend this shop for glasses. Spend the extra money, else where. It will be worth it in the long run.

Went in for glasses, optician was not onsite so everything was done remotely. Person fitting glasses did not align everything correctly so when I went in to pickup my glasses the lenses were so out of focus they had to redo them. Now the second time they asked me to wear them for a week and still cannot focus, so I am taking them back again.

All the employees are so rude and unprofessional especially 2 girls up at the front. The actual Dr. MAthews very unfriendly like themmm. My daughter was in to get contacts he said she can no longer wear contacts becuase she had a infection to her eyes even thow nothing seemed to be wrong he gave  my daughter a rx for eye drops and glasses she lost them at work 2days later so I ask for a other rx for 5 days everyday they told me I will call it in. THE FIRST TIME THEY CALLED TO TELL ME THEY WILL CALL IT IN, BUT NOTHING. I even had the pharmacy fax a request 2 times each time they said they never got it. I finally went up there just very fusterated  to pick up the rx  WHEN I GOT THERE they said he wanted to talk to me I was like ok why so I waited and,  Dr. MATTHEWS came out with headphones around his head and sneakers he was angry that I had been calling for the rx it was like he wanted to burst in angery words this is the Dr he was like who wants to talk to me who are you. I didn't want to talk to him I was just there for a copy of rx he went off about me being upset about not getting a copy of the rx and telling them they where unprofessional, and making excuses for the rx never beening called it was like I can't believe your the Dr. Acting like that, he's  like "That's Right I'm The Dr" raising his hands to my face and , I said if you feel some type of way I can and he interrupted me and said if you dont like it get it from your family Dr becuase I m not giving you another, I was going to say that and he was like BYE seeee yahh. Good luck Stanton WE PAID TO BE SEEN MIND BLOWING HIS TEMPER THE SEEN HE MADE IN PUBLIC TO HIS PATIENTS AND CUSTOMERS I had conversations with the office all week he could of just told me this over the phone, but no he waited till I went in so he could confront me in my face waist of time. I  guess he is allowed to represent Stanton in that way must be okay with them if they let it happen I knowww that's not the first time he acted like that you can tell he was comfortable acting like that SMH. I took my daughter to see a other eye Dr. To get a other rx for drops the new Dr. Informed me she did not have a eye infection and that her rx for glasses where wrong he gave me a new rx for glasses and contacs since he said nothing was wrong with her eyes and she can continue to wear contacts.  Thank You Family Vision on Everhart.WANNA KNOW MORE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE CHECK OUT THERE Corpus Christi Facebook  AND Yelp, nothing but complaints I wish looked up the reviews first.

STAY AWAY & IF YOU DON'T HEED THE MANY WARNINGS YOU WILL DEFINITELY "REGRET" EVER WALKING THROUGH THEIR DOORS!!!

CAUTION, DO NOT GO TO STANTON OPTICAL.They are after your money & even tho they say satisfaction guaranteed that's a lie. They try to sell ever customer the most expensive perscription which is bifocals even if u don't need them. They did that to me then when I refused them they gave me another perscription mono vision I think that's what it's called. 1 eye for distance & 1 eye for close. I still could not see & asked for single vision but doctor refused to give me the perscription that I could see in. After dealing with this for 5 days I had paid over $300 & walked out with $29 frames with my old perscription in them & a pair of contacts I could not see out of. within 1 weeks my glasses broke so I went back they fixed them & 2 hours later they broke again. Leaving me with no glasses or contacts. This was all in 2015. Corporate contacted me to review my case and it's almost February & still they have done nothing. Total rip off.

This place is terrible. They know nothing about customer service. The doctor is a smart mouthed jerk to say the least. Save your time and frustration and go somewhere else.

I never got call that glasses were ready. Long wait when picking up about 30 mins.

Worst turn a round time ever. We're promised glasses in 3 days. Has been over two weeks any as of this minute. They don't know why our order has not been filled.

My husband and I both had our glasses made here. They made them twice but still did not get them right. My husband went back to his old glasses and I have fought to see with a prescription that was not made right. I would not go back on a bet and will take my business to someone who knows what they are doing.

New Doctor and still great prices!!! This doctor is well educated and very patcient. He makes sure your 100% satisfied.

The prices are good, but you definitely get what you pay for. The doctor was not very knowledgeable about different contacts. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get the trial pair of contacts for me to try. They definitely had the lower quality ones on hand, but had to order anything else. In looking for glasses, the salesmen were very pushy, using wording to make you think you were getting a better deal. Once again, prices were cheap but so were the glasses. Will never use them again.
