I came in very sick. They asked for my medical history and I gave them all honest answers. The front staff, intake nurse and X-ray tech were all very professional. The Nurse practitioner Rudolfo Deleon had an attitude about doctor's recent diagnosis. He came back into the exam room and threw the paper work for the former doctor in my lap in a very argumentative manner. I couldn't understand the reason for the way he was acting nor did he explain his actions. It was totally uncalled for. I really didn't need this while I was so sick. I was so sick I could hardly respond to him. In a very condescending manner he finally said well I can give u a shot and and some antibiotics. I said O thank you so much that's what I came in for. I didn't feel like I was being treated very well. I was the patient and I was the one who was paying for this. I expected a much more calm professional behavior from so called medical people. I called back to the clinic and asked that NP Deleon call me to discuss this. He wasn't man enough to make the call to me. I haven't received a call. Unfortunately, he left me no option but to write this review. I strongly recommend going to a clinic with real doctors who know how to act in the real world.
