I had been doing Pilates at another studio in CC but was looking for a change in my routine. I was so happy when I found Synergy. Nicole and her instructors are so friendly, knowledgable and offer a variety of workouts on the Pilates equipment. I love the variety and the energy they bring into the workouts and really happy with my results. I love that they also offer Barre ,cycling, Trx as well as cardio training, I highly recommend Synergy to anyone who is looking to get high quality training and amazing results!
