Provided by YP.comI went around 8pm on Sunday. First things first, food area dirty. Popcorn all over the floor. Went to electronic aisle and 2 girl(co-workers) talking about personal issues.
No one acknowledges you. (Jennifer) our cashier was not pleasant at all. No eye contact,no smiling, or no thank you. The people she was helping before us,she acted the same way. Great prices but no- so great customer service.
Must work on:
1) Staff needs to be retrained and remember what great customer service is.
2) Cleanliness is always a MUST.
3) Have a Greeter at door.
4) Staff needs to be attentive.
5) SMILE , you might not like your job but at least you have one!!
