Above and beyond the call of duty

A dealer in Arkansas fitted a full roof mounted Yakima kit for two cycles onto my Ford F450 Dually.



A part had broken so after poor service from Yakima I went into The Pedal while on a big Rv trip to Texas.



They professionally diagnosed multiple issues, spent an hour or so on the phone with Yakima pushing for successful warranty replacement and then fitted the new kit.



Their's no way they will be properly compensated by Yakima for their efforts and whilst



The Pedal weren't obligated to help me - they did so and with a great positive attitude!



Sam and his team are real professionals and deserve to really well - thanks guys.
