I had my ct scan done on June 28, 2016 after waiting close to 45 minutes. I didn't receive a bill until mid September 2016, stating my account was past due 31-60 days. I didn't even know I had a co-pay. Then on The bill it stated I had until September 26 to pay. I tried calling all the nimbers I could find in the phone book and on line and every time (10+) I was hung up on. I rate the professionalism as poor.
