I have been using Yolanda's since my daughter turned 1, she is now 6! I won't buy a birthday cake from anywhere else!

They made my wedding cake without the filling we paid for. When I called to complain I spoke with the owner who told me it was no big deal and that the filing only costs $14, I paid them much more than that to put the filling into it.…. The owner also said they were going through staff changes, they should have told me that before I hired them. I would not trust them with any order. I assume they are getting by from a reputation that at one time they were good, they are not any more. Don't purchase anything from them.

My husband was graduating from his doctorate program and this was a special occasion for him. I wanted everything to be perfect. I spent a few hundred dollars and many email correspondences to finalize details since I lived 3.5 hours away. However when I picked up my cake the cake order was still attached to the box but it had a message with red sharpie written on it -"Warning-demanding customer, will complain" how rude and embarrassing. Is this how customers are treated or viewed? Is this what your employees feel about their clients? Thanks for making me feel embarrassed and degraded.
