Gem of a school!

My son has been attending Corrales Montessori since he was 3. I planned to put him into a public school when he turned 5 but he is now 8 and I feel very fortunate to have such a well rounded school available for him. He learns a great deal academically and also is becoming socially and environmentally aware. He gets to run and play various sports on their beautiful campus which includes an orchard, chicken coup and gardens. This is not a plastic school! I attribute some of his healthy eating habits to growing and eating vegetables fresh from the garden at school. This is truly a wonderful well rounded school. Wonderful teachers, campus and director. They seem to continuously analyze how to make this a better environment for children to learn! My son loves to go to school each day! Such a gem!
