receptionist is rude. I have told her many times that they don't come and check the meter... They just put whatever amount they want on the bill.

we have had to pay 685 dollars to get into this new house to get the water On error company should be the name of it. this is how it happened in one month of being here once again a total $685 has been paid on my water bill and it still has been interrupted in the same month in The same first month of getting services

Completely unprofessional. Water was turned off at the end of the day FOR NO REASON (no previous balance or anything) and by the time I noticed it was after 5p and they do not have after hours. My family had to wait to get the water turned back on. Wish I had another option to use.

this water company took over 24 hrs to reconnect my water, after having it disconnected before due date. I asked to pls have someone sent asap since I have a disable child, the very unprofessional receptionist with a smirk said " we'll get to it when we can" it's bot the first time I have issues with this company. It's cold outside and I'm having to take my disable child out due to no water.
