I hate reviews. But in this case I need to make a review. Been buying fence material since 2002 and have dealt with more than three fence extrusion companies. Freedom comes in at number 2. But they rank number 1 in customer service. Donna, probably the best to talk with about fence issues? No wait need to change that.....the best should be Jeff........the other owner and husband of Donna............did I mention the Daughter? Well, the family connection should be a big plus..........and as for freight.....no rhyme or reason for $$$ amount charged.

GREAT fence, POOR customer service! On their website they claim you deal with the owners, so it is supposed to be friendly and helpful. We bought $4000 worth of fence and now we needed more for a garden. I contacted Donna (one of the owners) for a price quote. Came back that our shipping for 100ft of fencing was the same price as the 500ft of fencing we bought the previous year! So I asked if there was a different company we could use to transport the fence. She told me that they could no longer help us with our fencing needs. We were just trying to save ourselves money. WOW...talk about a slap in the face. I recommend using a different company...Duramax and Heartland have awesome customer service and in-fact ordering from them right now.
