BAD MANAGER AND OWNER. They discuss tenants to other tenants. You can not do that. We have the Privacy Act Law. They could be arrested and lose their right to own the apartments. Tenants you need to not let them get away with this.Please call the Colorado Housing Authority.Give your zip code and that will get you the right office. PLEASE STOP THEM. I had to put that rating or I couldn't post.

I would give -50 starts if I could. Worst apartment complex in Cortez... hands down. I would not live there again if rent were free. Management is a joke. She talks about tenants to other tenants and feels she is allowed to do anything she wants at the complex while the tenants have to abide by a ridiculous list of rules in which half of them don't make any sense. Oh and be prepared to receive lease violation after lease violation even for things that might have just upset her that day. Don't get me wrong she has the ones she likes to pick on religiously so as long as you brown nose as much as possible and stay out of their way you have nothing to worry about. The maintenance man (her husband) well that's a whole other subject.
