Had a 9:00 appointment on a Thursday, service manager wanted my vehicle for 2 days just for check engine light. Shop kept my car over the weekend, never touched it nor did I receive a call that the mechanic was out on "family emergency". When picking up my vehicle service manager said he had time to check my vehicle told him No thanks! Would suggest take your vehicle to Farmington, NM for better service, prices and customer service.

Pretty crazy experience here, called about the abs and brake light staying on my dodge ram 2500. They said bring it in and we will take a look, they say they are not real busy so I can find out quickly. Drive the 25 minutes to get there and they say by the way it is 92 dollars to hook it up to the code reader to diagnose it. Well that would have been helpful information on the phone, but I'm already invested in it getting a ride home and such so I say ok. So I ask that when they have it hooked up could they change that when the door is locked with the key remote to no longer honk as I have a 98 model that must be hooked up to the code reader to have it changed. 5:15 pm and they finally call and say the lights were not on when they hooked it up to diagnose it. They hook it up anyway and it is done. Could have been another call about that lights not being on too. I ask it they have at least set the horn to not honk, answer "We couldn't do it, maybe take it to an suto alarm place to do it" Huh? You can't change a factory installed option on a dodge vehicle and you are a dodge dealer? I Leave home immediately and get to the dealership at 5:45, the service department is closed, no mention of that on the phone either. The manager talks to me to find out why I'm upset, he tells me that he has no paper work on it. I explain my position and he seemed genuinely concerned and said he would take care of the 92 dollar fee. I go to leave and turn on the ignition and the lights are still on, I go in to get the manager to show him and he sees them and calls the service manager. He asks me if I could leave the truck so they could look at it again, but my ride had already left and we left in such a hurry we didn't grab our cell phones. He asks me to bring it in the next day but after thinking about it that night, I couldn't see myself trusting anything the service department said. Took it in to cortez auto repair they called in two hours and said it was the rear differential sensor and they had already put in one to check and make sure that was it and it was done. Total bill 169. Steer clear of this dodge dealership for repairs, I don't know about their sales dept. the manager was nice. Go to Cortez auto repair and have peace and mind and a fixed vehicle.

Thankyou to the service dept for fixing my ram. Not sure how the thing only ran sixty miles but yall are and have been a class act. Kudos to kasi Jeff jamie and especially Rudi and the mechs.... thanks
