WebsiteCortland Eye Center was originally owned by Dr. Dean Mitchell who began the ophthalmology practice in 1982. In 1997, the building was enlarged and an Optometrist and an Optician joined the staff. We have continued to grow and most recently (2009) added another Optometrist to our staff.
