We have now bought two SUVs from Matt at upstate autos in cortland and we have never been happier! Their customer service is out of this world, helping before and after the sales. Always there if we need anything and beyond helpful to us! We recommended this great company to all our friends and to anyone looking for good quality cars with great customer service!!

as the owner of a used car dealership I have to say that some of these reviews are unfair. People reading them do not know both sides of the stories. Some people can never be satisfied no matter what you do for them. I have had problems with new vehicles just as much as used. These are used cars, not toaster ovens. They take abuse. Not everything is under warranty, you need to take some responsibility for your own vehicles at some point. Do you maintanence, if you abuse it, it won't last. To bad mouth the dealer just makes you look like a low life. You get more bees with honey, If you come into the dealership ranting and raving, I would tell you to get lost. If you want to discuss a problem, we are more than happy to help in any way possible. Also all dealers buy their vehicles from the same places. So to say that one is better than the other is retarded to say the least. Just saying
